Battle of the Chefs: A Benefit for JESPY House will be held at the historic Orange Lawn Tennis Club on Thursday, June 23 at 6pm. Updated with modern comforts and amenities in keeping with yesterday's charm, Orange Lawn Tennis Club is a South Orange jewel JESPY is proud to partner with for our biggest fundraiser of the year! We will raise crucial funds to support JESPY clients - adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), while honoring The Cottingham Family, The Oppenheimer Family, and The Plotnick Family

Signature Cocktail- Paloma Recipe

Spicy Paloma  

2oz ruby red grapefruit 

2oz OJ

.75oz lime juice 

1.5oz reposado tequila 

.5oz grand mariner 

(1 muddled jalapeno for spice)

To make: muddle jalapeno first and shake all other ingredients together. 

 Regular pool Paloma

4oz ruby red 

1oz lime

1.5oz tequila 

Top with club 

(Shake and serve)
